This policy outlines the details regarding the processing and delivery of your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Since our products are made-to-order, every order undergoes a dedicated fulfillment and quality check process.

• Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of placing the order.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once the order is shipped, delivery time depends on your location.

Region	Expected Delivery Time
Metros & Tier 1 Cities	3 - 5 business days after shipping.
Rest of India & Tier 2/3 Cities	5 - 8 business days after shipping.

Note on Delivery: These are estimated times and are subject to delays caused by courier volume or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

• 100% Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

• No COD Charges: There are no additional handling fees for Cash on Delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery (RTO)

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your order a maximum of two times. If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding procedures for re-shipping RTO orders.
