These terms govern the use of our website and apply to all purchases, returns, and disputes.

Zero Hidden Charges: The price listed at checkout is the final price. We are committed to transparency in our pricing.

Accuracy of Bank Details: The customer must ensure the bank details provided for COD refunds are accurate. Errors in transfers due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of Memingo. Customers must provide valid bank details within 30 days of the return QC passing.
Third-Party Payments: We are not responsible for processes, promotions, or issues related to external payment platforms.

Product Warranty Disclaimer: Memingo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, beyond ensuring the product is free of manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. We do not provide long-term guarantees on wear and tear.
Right to Refuse: Memingo reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not strictly meet the policy requirements or is deemed an abuse of our policy.
Liability for Self-Shipment: For self-shipped items, Memingo is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Risk of loss remains with the customer until the product is successfully received at our warehouse.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance or delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, courier shutdown).
Unclaimed/RTO Re-shipment: If an RTO occurs, we offer one free re-shipment attempt within 7 days. If the customer fails to claim the item within this period, the item may be disposed of.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raebareli.
